Working Militia United is a company founded on the belief that every hard-working individual deserves recognition and support. I started the company in 2018 but faced significant challenges early on, including losing my first shipment due to improper legal procedures, which cost me $10,000. Our name embodies the spirit of unity and strength found in both the Working WoMan Militia and the Working Man Militia. Some of you may know that our original name was Working Man Militia, but due to legal battles, we couldn't keep that name. This turned out to be a blessing, as it highlighted the need for support for women in the workforce, leading us to create the Working WoMan Militia. Those initial struggles taught me the importance of resilience and the need for a supportive community.

Despite these setbacks, I remained persistent, even as I struggled to maintain relationships due to the stress of working over the road and managing the business. It was during these tough times that our slogan, "Never Weaken, Never Back Up, Always Do Your Best," was born—as a rallying cry to remind us all to push through adversity. We are dedicated to empowering blue-collar workers by reigniting the warrior spirit within them, transforming everyday struggles into triumphs. Our mission is simple yet profound: **We are here to motivate and support the workforce because we know the struggle.**
